Richmond has a long and proud history, with some of the greatest players in the game having represented the club, including Jack Dyer, Royce Hart, Kevin Bartlett, and Dustin Martin. The club has also had some famous coaches, including Tom Hafey, who coached the team to four premierships in the 1960's and 70's.
